We would be grateful you to comply with the
rules of use of the buildings which are placed at our disposal gracefully
by the town of Sannois, but whose maintenance is with our load.
Safety requirements
- to take care of the good closing
of the doors and grids, prohibition to move the material of the
rooms without authorization of the Board of directors,
- to
use with precaution the material placed at your disposal, to comply
with the rules of connection, to position back all the material
to the end of each repetition.
Rules of connection of
the material
- it is imperative, before connecting the instruments
on wiring for sound, to give the potentiometers to zero (if that
were not done at the end of the preceding repetition), then to connect
the jack, then to mount the potentiometers in order to obtain a
sufficient sound volume (this one must remain reasonable in order
not to obstruct the residents),
- to disconnect all the apparatuses
before leaving the room, covering the table of mixing and to arrange
wire.
Rules of good behaviour
- not to leave
the buildings without to have checked the good condition of the
places: clean room and arranged material (a vacuum cleaner, a shovel,
a brush and a dustbin are at your disposal behind the folding screen),
- we remind to you that it is forbidden to smoke, to throw its chewing-gums
on the ground, and to let trail fatty papers or bottles.
Rules of use
- no professor is authorized to lend the
keys
- the repetitions, apart from those envisaged in the planning
defined at the beginning of year as a Board of directors, must be
announced to Nicole Fleurier who will give the keys to the person
in charge for the declared group to the Board of directors and will
be ensured of their return to the end of the provision of the room.
These rules are those of the respect of each one, which is
the guaranty of correct operation of community life of Puzzle.
